What's one thing that you've learned or unlearned in the 4 months of 2021?

You really can't unlearn something. You can improve upon it or reshape it. Here's what I've learned - Be in love with the problem, not the solution you are building towards.

Before you launch your product, make sure it can sell itself. This means that even if it's in the beta stage, make sure your users are able to use it and actually benefit it. The most painful feeling is checking my analytics and seeing that my returning users are less than 20%
