Working out , it's probably the only thing that I do where I can think of nothing else than the pain :). I also know how productive my day will be depending on how I trained.
No matter what happens, how late it gets, I make sure to give myself an hour or two. What I do with that time is something I never decide beforehand. Books, cooking, walking, running, drive, shopping, or just doing nothing at all.
Don't know how it works but it definitely keeps me centered and happy towards everything else!
I make sure to take a moment every day to pet my virtual pet on my smartphone app - it's like tending to a digital garden, but with less dirt under my nails!
