look from customer's point of view and build "usable" products. nobody cares what a super technology you used or you build, end of rhe day, usage is vital.

"That's not possible" is never a good answer. Even if you have completely contradictory instructions, there will always be a way to either satisfy them all, or find out WHY each one is wanted and fix the WHYs rather than the WHATs
