I’m getting ready for another product launch and want to avoid common mistakes. What’s something you wish you had done differently during your launch? I feel like there’s always a lesson to be learned.

The biggest mistake I made during my product launch was not thoroughly testing the product beforehand. This led to issues that could have been avoided. I wish I had prioritized user feedback earlier to refine the product before launch.

I'm guessing many, but typically it's either too late or too soon. Timing is king.

Launched too early without enough marketing. No one knew about it so no one used it at first. Spent months playing catch-up on the marketing side. Should have built up interest before releasing. Lesson learned!
