What’s the most surprising benefit you’ve found from building social capital online?

For me- it has to be, having higher quality of conversations with my connections- as I find my tribe- the topics we talk about have also changed- every new conversation is a deep learning experience. I feel like i have my own advisory board that can help me out in varied situations of life. what is your surprising benefit ?

Not a surprising one but an obvious one: Peer to Peer learning. Learning from each others experience, rather than making mistakes yourself.
