Waking up early and starting my day at 6:00 am has proven to be a tremendous advantage for me. By doing so, I am able to tackle all of my most important tasks right in the first few hours of the day, setting a positive tone and enhancing my productivity.
@uma_venugopal Good question. In my perspective, there isn't a secret source or motivation behind it; rather, it is about consistently repeating an action until it becomes an automatic part of our behavior. It is important to train our willpower because motivation isn’t always there.
Splitting up my work for any day/week by writing it down and coming back to it from time to time. Basically propelling myself to write more and more of my thoughts/plans on a piece of paper. Helps a lot to structure your thoughts and often times helps me out to find flaws and incoherence in my thinking.
