For us, we know that connecting people is a matter of how easy we can get two parties together. In our upcoming release, we want to make the seamless transition of engaging them in a two way format. Rather than waiting for an email reply in weeks.

Nice question, thanks Nadezhda!
My answer - the business model.
The comments section is the most criminally undervalued aspect of social media technology. The aim of the business model is to unlock that value 🔓.
Most people feel the comments section is really just ego driven and filled with hate. It doesn't have to be that way.
