Yessss I love this question! We have this concept around High Quality Time-Off in our org that comes from research on how getting emotional, cognitive, and physical distance from work can improve work recovery and prevent burnout. HQTO has five attributes: 1) active, 2) disconnected from tech, 3) intrinsically satisfying, 4) provides sensory input, and 5) activates your pride response.
For me, that means going to a museum this weekend! I'm based in Oakland but visiting LA and targeting the Getty. "Active" can mean creatively active too. :)
Hey there! As for my weekend plans, it looks like I'll be dedicating most of my time to working on my client's website (https://alba.homes/). They have a few important updates and improvements that need to be implemented, so I want to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. While I won't have much free time, I hope you have an amazing weekend filled with fun and relaxation!
my plan for this weekend involves working on my latest project https://lahorimela.com/. I am dedicated to providing engaging and informative content to my readers, so this weekend, I will be focusing on creating compelling articles, conducting research, and enhancing the overall user experience on the website.
