Hard to choose just one! The latest I've really appreciated is "Accelerate" by Nicole Forsgren, Jez Humble, and Gene Kim. I also really enjoy "Continuous Discovery Habits" by Teresa Torres!

@diana_iun it's a strong incentive to focus on CI/CD and proper automated testing early on! It's easy to get stuck in the "move fast" shipping cycle early stage, so it's good to remind myself of what the book taught me!

"One Page Marketing Plan" by Allan Dib. It's short and right to the point. The template is very straightforward and he gives you lots to consider when building a business.
