Just do it. Even if I have to drag myself kicking and screaming. It always feels better in the end.

I prefer yoga.

Have a routine, I do morning yoga for 10 minutes so I don't feel guilty for not working out and also go to the gym 2-3 times a week when I can. No screentime before bed and always try to eat healthy, especially 'brain' foods like salmon, avocado and broccoli
