Frankly I also use my calendar (google cal) to keep my time blocked and large tasks at the forefront. I also use it to keep teams on track for certain projects and make sure everyone constantly checks their calendars to be certain nothing is getting missed and everyone has visibility / transparency on tasks/goals.
I use Clickup, it is free, convenient and available on across platforms
My favorite task management tool is GanttPRO. This project management software is based on a Gantt chart. It is useful for managing all kinds of projects and teams.
