Firstly, I am analyzing the traffic to our products over the weekend.

Check emails

To plan tasks for the week and have a weekly meeting with the team in the morning to catch up with everyone.

Actually try and wake up...kidding! Check emails and schedules :)

I'm focusing on the problems that testers found last Friday.

It’s not so much of a task as it is a routine I try to maintain. Time for quietness for me is reading my bible, and I have a minimum of 30 min to get my mind and head right for the day.
