our checklist 7-14 days before the event includes finalizing our press release, optimizing our landing page for conversion, setting up tracking and analytics, scheduling social media posts and email newsletters, running final product tests, ensuring customer support is well-prepared, and conducting a final team briefing to ensure everyone is aligned and ready for the big day!
