for me, it's music that doesn't have words or somewhat busy coffee shop atmosphere Occasionally an epic movie soundtrack works too

For sure the sound of my breathing and just noticing my ambient environment. If I slow down and hear my breath and then actually notice the sounds around me, I feel much more present and that puts me into a much more productive headspace.
