IMO# streamline onboarding, deliver consistent value, foster a community, personalize the experience, offer proactive support, and consider gamification. These strategies create engaging experiences and build long-term user relationships.

Taking their feedback seriously! If someone reaches out to us with feedback, we make it happen nd let them know - they often share that with their community so WOM is helpful

Making sure they understand and use our product while getting results. So many times they don't even know how to benefit from the product. Noticing their activities, and what they do, and matching them with their business needs, or personal needs if it's a consumer product goes a long way. Very few companies are doing this while many winners do. I like to say it's an improved approach from falling in love with your product to loving your users using the product. A twist of words but with a very effective approach that can be a game-changer.

We are experimenting with the texts of letters from the Welcome series. And we are increasing the value of the product so that there are more reasons to love us :)

I've been focusing on personalization and user experience. The smoother the experience, the likelier users will stick around. I also use a tiered reward system, which encourages continuous engagement. Think Duolingo's streak system, it's a gem for retention.

Onboarding has to be 0 effort. User needs to feel they are in complete control. Especially for products like ours - their data should be secure, they should feel they can easily see what is happening with their data.
