Regular value-add content is key--things like sharing useful resources, tips, best practices that members can put into action. Exclusive perks help too, maybe early access to new features, discounts, etc. to make members feel special. And def foster those member-to-member connections thru discussions, collabs, showcasing their work. Gotta keep delivering that value to retain folks!
