Depending on the entry point, or need, Intercom in app surveys, hotjar surveys, tally.

If you have a mobile app, playstore and app store reviews can be a real treasure trove. I also, prefer having Share Feedback tab in any product that I build.

We make discord bots. Honestly just DM and ask people. And then invite them to our Discord so that they will let updated and we will tag them whenever some other users give us a similar feedback to make sure that we have a community of customers knowing each other
