What tools do you use to find & hire developers?

I've found some through Discord servers before, but it's hard finding a solid and talented dev. I've also used fiverr & upwork before as well

Most of our hires came from the relevant Reddit community (/r/rust in our case)

The problem is that good+experienced developers, are not looking for a job nowadays. If you happen to find them, you got to offer them a vision, not just money.
