What type of CVs are expected?
As a recruiter, would you rather see a CV that has more colors, an image, and maybe a more complex design or a simple black CV that shows everything clearly as a recruiter?

In my opinion, the CV should be very minimal, the jobs and projects you are involved in, and the skills and duties you have gained in these jobs should be briefly stated.
In addition, it should be included in your information in a short and summary form, divided into classes.
If this is not enough, write a cover letter on a separate page.
