What type of team do you need to build?

@eonpilot what do you consider top tier? Skills; empathy; etc?

@eonpilot when I think of top tier, I am reminded of intrinsic motivation; adaptability; and, alignment with vision / concept / mission.

@hi_marizsa Yes, Different personality types have different top tier markers. But the common denominator is definitely intrinsic motivation. People on a mission. The problem is. These people make up only 1-2% of the world. And they are also hard to keep happy.
