I might be an old school here but real human as customer support is better.

Drift is chosen for customer interactions due to its user-friendly design and effective lead generation features.

WATI is what I preferred the most.. the have built-in tools for easy setup of chat-bot on website and everywhere, there app can be access at multiple places and setting up automation is too easy...

I like using Intercom for customer chats.
