Personally, I think really depends on the industry.
For people in the creative industries, Twitter is definitely the most important platform. I work with a lot of gaming founders, creators, and artists, and all of them have a bigger presence on Twitter than Linkedin.
For general tech, I would almost argue you need both. For finance, everyone is on LinkedIn haha.
I love Twitter as a platform, but for any founders looking to raise money, I would recommend building out a simple Linkedin profile still because a lot of investors across different investment stages still live on Linkedin and have a relatively small presence on Twitter :)))
Both has its own community. Depends on what you want to do.
I am active in both but X Is more about communication for me and LinkedIn is more business networking.
