I personally feel throughout my experience that LinkedIn is great to get recognition for your business in terms of masses, but Twitter is a great platform to connect with higher decision makers. Hope this helps!
Definitely LinkedIn. But I think it depends on the use case. LinkedIn is for me more business connection related while Twitter is more a "follow interesting people".

I post daily & it helps to get attention from people in industry and make me sound more legit when I outreach.
The only catch — you need to write well
LinkedIn always made feel the coldness of corporate life but just like corporate life itself it is a must have.
