Send grid works really well as it is reliable, it always ensure critical messages reaches recipients' inboxes.

Mailgun (offers a low volume pay as you go) and SendGrid. I monitor suppression lists with SupMonster which is compatible with SendGrid, Mailgun, Hubspot, Klaviyo, and AWS SES!
