Unpopular opinion, but personally this does not work for me. My work involves a fair share of creative work and putting a timer on it does me no good. @vaishali_rastogi, being a content writer, I'm sure your work also involves a lot of research and thinking - does this method work for you?
@angana_chatterjee07 I use this technique a lot when I am engrossed in some really technical stuff bcz I can’t sit straight without losing my focus for too long! It helps me in concentrating better!✌🏼
