Many of us in this community are pain-point hunters! Always on the lookout for potential pain points to solve, and make fresh products out of them.
What problems or inefficiencies have you encountered in your daily life or work recently?
I can start - I recently realized that the top-of-funnel for hiring is a major pain-point. Recruiters spend a lot of time filtering candidates, and since recruiters aren't subject-matter-experts, they may inadvertently pass on promising candidates or vice-versa short-list candidates that are not a good-fit - wasting everybody's time.

I am 🔥 i recently feel the biggest problem in selling arises when the solution is not well known to the potential customers or very loosely stitched. If the value is long term and cannot be realised today or near future and doesn’t make sense to customers to invest today in something like that. If we can have a solution which shows potential value in money for the future or any tangible measuring method then it will be sold today. R&D, deep-tech, sustainability focused type companies.

Being a pain-point hunter makes perfect sense, but sometimes, you aren't even aware you need something. That is especially common in my world- I find that preventative healthcare product makers usually have to spend a substantial amount of time and effort educating potential users.
As a fellow pain-point hunter, I can totally relate! Recently, I've been diving into the world of hiring and realized that the top-of-funnel process is a real headache. Recruiters swamped with CVs, trying to play matchmaker without the subject-matter expertise can be a recipe for mismatched pairs and wasted time.
