Building Solo! I've been trying to find a second team member but haven't found anyone yet. Once I start growing, I'll look for other people for my marketing tool.

I build my social service in more time in Solo mode. Sometimes I am joined by expert volunteers.

I am. I have been in a few different start-ups over the years but lately can't find a suitable team and got tired of trying. It's still fun
@neelptl2602 I can't speak for others but I barely sleep and my life is filled with stress, especially lately as my company builds momentum.
A quick tip I learned was you should build a team. I use to always be in the mindset of doing things myself. Yes it did get done, but with a team I was able to build and scale like never before. Best of luck to everyone who’s starting out and I hope this was useful to someone.
Currently building solo for my mobile app that will be launching soon and then will be building with my brothers as we try to tackle a much more challenging project.
