Hybrid work has a great balance. It gives you the freedom to work from home when you need to focus or manage personal commitments. At the same time, having designated days in the office allows for face-to-face communication, which can enhance team dynamics and productivity.

I lean more towards working remotely because it gives me flexibility and helps me focus, but I also love the benefits of hybrid. Having the option to go into the office occasionally is great for collaboration and keeping that team energy alive. It’s the best of both worlds! 🌟

For me it's completely remote work, I don't like routine and I like to discover new places to work in the city where I am at the moment. And you can always meet new people and find new opportunities.
But I know some people who feel more stable when they go to an office and are surrounded by familiar people.
It's been 6 years of remote work from me. Living and working from 15+ different countries and all that... I can't imagine myself working at something that requires me to be in a specific location.
