Would you like your company to add "personal finance advice" as an employee perk?

I've been seeing a lot of enterprises offering financial advice with a certified professional as an employee perk and I'm curious if that's something you would like to see at your current company, either as a founder or an employee.

Absolutely. Financial literacy is both at an all time low and paramount to building wealth. In a world where perks are becoming more and more dynamic, I think this is an excellent way to find and retain talent.
