I did both and I prefer startups . In a Startup you just do the thing , without tremendous amount of paperwork . The life is too short to feed someone’s else ego ;)

100% Startup. The value and the experience that you gain out of it is incredible. Especially early on in a career where financial stability is not too important, being in a startup environment aids a lot of learning. I think it drives purpose and motivation. Everyone should experience that hustle.

Depends on your vibe! MNCs offer stability and resources but are monotonous. so great for Easy-going, comfort seekers. Startups are adventurous, with room to grow, impactful and quick learning.
