Your growth department just got funding, what is the first thing you're spending money on?

I've been really great at operating with no budget and moving without spend. However, my boss is encouraging me to spend more and ramp up growth. So I'm just curious, if you recently got money as the head of growth what is the first tool or growth tactic you're running out to spend money on?
