@aman_behl are you using intercom? And what inquiries do you have the AI dealing with?

You can also upload files like PDF, docs etc and train AI chatbot, so that it understands your business and replies intelligently.
@aman_behl @dzaitzow @shabnam_katoch Is it really $1 for 50 message credits and $80 for 2000 message credits? Lol. That's way too much compared to other places like infichat.co which offers 2000 message credits for only $16. Plus they have a live chat system so you can talk to your visitorsđź‘Ť.

This chatbot can also recommend products, upsell and cross sell them, along with handling queries, :)
AI Customer Support can be a time-saver, handling basic queries. But it's got to be well-implemented.

It will be really interesting to experience AI based support. Bot based scripted answers, most of time are not helpful.
