I've loved using Gist (was Convertfox) for probably 2 years or so. It works like a charm, and I've seen a HUGE spike in conversions. Just keeps getting better; great job, Gist team!

Pros:

Responsive team, great chat service, constant updates

Cons:

iOS app could be a bit better, but I've seen a lot of improvements

I think it is a great product. I have been using it from more than a year now. They did face few challenges initially (who doesn't?) but now product is super stable and performing as good as intercom or similar alternative :) . Right now we use intercom on our main site and gist on other sites but soon I am pretty sure we will move everything to Gist. All the best guys.

I have been a beta tester from all versions. The supportive attitude from Jitta and the team encouraging me to continue implementing Gist as part of my Marketing Flow. Knowledge base and tracking are powerful features that can provide a Customer Journey with a lot of benefits for your visitors and your company. Keep doing an amazing Job Jitta and Gist Team.

Pros:

After 2 years of Development Gist has become stable, feature rich with an amazing customer support.

Cons:

Bot Builder flow can be improved, I would love similar builder as the new workflow for the automations.

Gist is an incredibly ambitious project, and has an amazing bundle of features. The platform keeps improving, and the support from the whole team, including the founder has been excellent. I'm really looking forward to their continued growth.

Pros:

Incredibly feature rich offering. Includes live chat, email marketing, help desk etc.

Cons:

Taking on such a massive undertaking means that there are a lot of things for their team to manage and continue to develop.

Single tool to manage your chat/s, emails, KB/s and contacts.

Cons:

None. It does the job that it supposed to do.

The moment we can Gist chat widget to site, it add extra 2-4 seconds load time. Google also warns about the heavy JavaScript parsed

Congrats on the launch! Looks like a cool product with a pretty wide range of features. No small feat to get all this put together over time. I will say, I noticed some strange discrepancies while reading through the Intercom comparison page. For example, you can track events in Intercom. You can send email in Intercom. You can collect user data in Intercom. I've been using Intercom for 5 or 6 years (and have even built apps on it) so I'm pretty familiar with what they've got to offer. I appreciate the head-to-head comparison (especially you giving a competitor the nod in certain categories), but it just doesn't feel like a complete picture to me. Just a bit of feedback for you. Again, congrats on the launch and best of luck with the business! Great to see new(ish) competition on the scene.

Hello hunters! You can see that they use Intercom a lot as a reference. They were based on the best with the proposal of delivering a better cost / benefit. However, you can see that a lot is still missing and I have faced some problems, such as: - errors in the API; - lack of functionality; - the reports do not show the service evaluations; - many mistakes when we try to pay; - support still takes a long time to provide answers and solutions. It has potential, but they need more agility.

Two years of restless improvements. Jitta and the rest of the team have placed a major effort in this platform which is becoming more and more stable and complete. Keep rocking folks!

Pros:

An all in one solution to manage my leads and turning them in engaged, profitable customers.

Cons:

Forms are very basic. As I don't manage HTML I need the help of a dev to customise them to my needs.

All in all it's a very good tool and the founder is a really passionate man.

The new UI is great, The product is robust, they integrate with almost everyone. That's a great tool

Cons:

I would like to see the feature on the chat that you can see what the other end is typing

Gist is an awesome platform - an all-in-one marketing tool to understand your customers. The automation with tagging feature is awesome and an essential tool for today's marketing campaigns that requires personalization in Customer Journey. I have seen Gist evolve throughout the years with an amazing team and they work hard to improve the platform all the time. Pro - An all in one marketing automation platform, Swiss-knife for marketers :) Con - It is feature rich and needs some time to understand for beginners like me. keep at it team Gist, best of luck.

Pros: All in one email marketing tool and many more: live chat, emails, bots, meetings, knowledgebase, anything your business needs Gist will provide. Love the new rebranding as well! Cons: Currently to make a tool perfect I would need visual builder for bots, for emails, and include visual builder for workflow for standard plans as well. Also it would be an ultimate tool if we could start video chat/screenshare right inside Gist chat. Other than that it is a perfect tool.

Pros:

-tons of tools any business must have: chat, bots, meetings, knowledgebase, emails.

Cons:

-no visual builder for chatbot, email, no video meeting

This product is one the best marketing tools I've invested in. I had the pleasure to speak to Jitta way at the start of their journey. The guys is smart and super responsive. I highly recommend their tool But I would love to see workflows open to everyone :) PS: Jitta, I am contacting you for this separately ;)

I have been using Gist over 2 years now and it's getting better and better every single day. The team pushes updates, fixed bugs and add new features. I am using Gist for my business and it makes email marketing easier with their advanced targeting and segmentation abilities.

Pros:

Gist can integrate with your mobile app, memebershp platform, website and send right message to the right people at the right time.

Cons:

They could work more on native integrations with other apps
