I've loved using Gist (was Convertfox) for probably 2 years or so. It works like a charm, and I've seen a HUGE spike in conversions. Just keeps getting better; great job, Gist team!

Pros:After 2 years of Development Gist has become stable, feature rich with an amazing customer support.
Cons:Bot Builder flow can be improved, I would love similar builder as the new workflow for the automations.
Gist is an incredibly ambitious project, and has an amazing bundle of features. The platform keeps improving, and the support from the whole team, including the founder has been excellent. I'm really looking forward to their continued growth.

Cons:Taking on such a massive undertaking means that there are a lot of things for their team to manage and continue to develop.
I think it is a great product. I have been using it from more than a year now. They did face few challenges initially (who doesn't?) but now product is super stable and performing as good as intercom or similar alternative :) . Right now we use intercom on our main site and gist on other sites but soon I am pretty sure we will move everything to Gist. All the best guys. https://zaperp.com
Pros:Single tool to manage your chat/s, emails, KB/s and contacts.
Cons:None. It does the job that it supposed to do.
The moment we can Gist chat widget to site, it add extra 2-4 seconds load time. Google also warns about the heavy JavaScript parsed

Pros:An all in one solution to manage my leads and turning them in engaged, profitable customers.
Cons:Forms are very basic. As I don't manage HTML I need the help of a dev to customise them to my needs.
All in all it's a very good tool and the founder is a really passionate man.

Cons: Currently to make a tool perfect I would need visual builder for bots, for emails, and include visual builder for workflow for standard plans as well. Also it would be an ultimate tool if we could start video chat/screenshare right inside Gist chat. Other than that it is a perfect tool.

Cons:They could work more on native integrations with other apps
