Unlike other marketplaces - our users don't have to set multiple interviews immediately but rather have the freedom to explore on their own and discover what's best for them. 3. Anonymous - we're anonymizing your profile completely so you can see who is into you without knowing your name. 4. Long term discovery experience and not a job hunt - Workey is for maximizing visibility for our users, there is no time limit, nor "batches" or "showcases". Users are matched to opportunities constantly and decide if to pursue and upvote, similar to PH :) 5. No pushy recruiters - no pushy recruiters, nor talent advocates. It's you and only you. More details - 1. Once you're on Hired - your complete profile, including full name is displayed to hiring companies. On Workey- we're anonymizing your profile completely so you can see who is into you without knowing your name. 2. When you signup to Hired, you build a profile and wait for companies to approach you. Workey provides a discovery experience and two-way marketplace - Companies can apply to you based on your anonymous profile but in addition to that - we compare your data to millions of others to show you concrete suggestions for career opportunities in real time. You can thumb-up and signal the employer that you're interested or thumb-down so our AI can refine itself. 3.
