Great little nifty product this one, now hear me out: I find myself explaining to people the importance of tagging URLs for campaign audience analysis: The only real way of understanding where to spend your hard earned advertising cash. Not many people do. Aaaand amongst those who do, many use them internally to their site (VERY WRONG).. Most people think those parameters are garbage or that they're just for "funsies". NO! People don't manually UTM track campaigns because "listen fam, my analytics tool will give me that info fam.." (Even more wrong-er). So multiple times in my life I find myself at 5PM on a Friday trying to explain why it's important to attribute the source of traffic...and not only to peers, but even moreso to people of all age groups and backgrounds: devs, CxOs, interns, juniors... The worst part? Once they finally understand WHY you need it, they don't understand or will ever remember the HOW to do it part. So, 1 + 1 send them this link, and save time/money and your sanity. Go get that 5pm deserved 🍺 instead. Thanks GoSquared.

It's surprising how few marketers and founders know the correct way to tag their URLs with UTM parameters -- so despite being such a critical part of measuring the success of a campaign, it's understandable that most people don't do it. This tool makes it easy for anyone by giving you context around each parameter, as well as examples so you can't mess up.

Thanks so much Lucas, this is great to hear. We must admit – we ourselves always found UTMs hard to understand, and hard to keep consistent, so we really wanted a tool that'd help.

In the past, I'd always use Google's UTM campaign builder but after testing out GoSquared's UTM builder I'm not going to use it again. Using the tool saves me so much time.

SO simple. This UTM builder saves me a lot of time.

Used this on our recent content series. Was really effective of keeping all the team on the same page around UTMs, particularly as we've had new joiners to the team as well as some people who've not used UTMs all that much before. Not really sure why anyone would use the default Google link builder if they knew that this existed!
