Hi @darya_antonyuk thanks for your question, Hi @samalyx thanks for your question :) We got a data scientist in house working on analysing time series based on the time entry of our users on their projects. He created an algorythm that helps us predict what a user will work on, tomorrow or on a longer span of time.
Then we cross those data with project information, budget, trends, etc to predict when a risk will happen.
Then it comes back to our user in 3 ways benefits :
- smart suggestion for time entry to make time tracking easy and directly in slack
- Predictive charts in our dashboard to see when a project will go overbudget
- coming soon : smart alerts and notification that warns you ahead of time before your project reach its target budget or profitability

I like the idea and how do you introduce it on the website and media, your youtube video is also very neat and clear. Design is nice, I like it. I don't have problems to understand who are you, as usual situation in a lot of websites.
Pricing is good, I think it's real to pay for B2B.
The problem in promotion is only that if customers want to start using you, they first need to use Slack or Teams?
Thanks @anna_kasumova, you have a good point, to use Gryzzly, your company need to have a Slack or Microsoft Team workspace. It can seems strange at first, but the fact is that people don't like time tracking but love chatting, so we use the company chat to automate the time collection. It guarantee at least 90% time completion at the end of the month.
And our customer choose us because we are in Slack ou MS Teams :)
Sometime limiting, but allow us to lazer focus our marketing acquisition !

As a designer, I gotta ask, are you going to support Figma too in the future?
@johnmgt Yup, exactly. I'm not much of a social butterfly, so back in the day working as a designer (before I became a founder and you probably know how that can turn your work responsibilities upside down, lol) I used most of my time in Figma. So to capture my work time as a worker bee, Figma would be crucial.
With Gryzzly time tracking is no more a pain! Their lovely bot will assist you to do it easily and daily almost without you noticing it!
