Hey...really want to try it but you're not using SSL for registration or login (from free flow -> email capture pop-up), not confidence inspiring when you want full access to all social networks.

How does the Insta Scheduling work? Does that just send a reminder (and eventually you have to manually post it) or will it post automatically once scheduled? Almost all the tools send the notification and can't post on Insta.

Ok I’ll say it: no self-respecting marketer will use a tool named “Guru Social” that does mass following. Good luck with your endeavor though.

What about the fact that auto-likes and auto-follows are TOS violations for both Instagram and Twitter? Your users would risk their accounts being banned for using that.

There have been problems every step of the way. I was excited to try this product for my business, however, I haven't even experienced the product due to lack of access to the product.

When I first signed up, I received an email not through Guru.social, but through a system called "PayPro" for my 14 day trial. This email said "You can start using your product(s) as soon as you wish, using the direct download links listed below:" I clicked on the link, and landed on a page that said "Thank You page that said I will get updates about the product." with no access to login and use the product. I sent an email explaining the situation, received an email back from Maksym with a login and password and link. I tried to login, the site says “these credentials do not match our records”.

Today, I received an invoice for a service I have yet to use. It's been one week, I've sent multiple requests to cancel my service and haven't received a response.

Pros:

None - No chance to use the product.

Cons:

Horrible communication and lack of access.

I can't even try the product due to lack of access.

When I see "Swiss Army Knife" of social media publishing, I think the comparison would be more with SocialReport than Hootsuite/Buffer/Sprout. How do you compare there?
