Habitify has always been my go-to when it comes to daily routine tracking. I thought I could never use it on my Mac but finally!

Pros:

- It's dead simple and does what it says

- Silky smooth UI/UX

- Syncs nicely between all devices

- Very responsive support team (Huge PLUS!)

Cons:

- I have to wait too long for this Mac version!

Strengths become superpowers when they are made into habits. Living religiously by this idea and has allowed me to track my improvement to know that I am better today than I was yesterday. I have been tracking my habits manually in google sheets and iOS notes. This application is way easier, wrapped in a beautiful experience. Thanks for lowering the bar to an actualized self.

@marcojelli "Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit" Thank you for your support!

The best habit app I've used. Pros: - Interface is well thought-out - Lots of useful configuration options - Syncs between iOS and Mac - Has some really great analytics - You can export the data to .csv, I think they said they are working on JSON export Cons: - I've discovered some minor bugs, but they are really quick to respond and seem to be delivering regular updates - The analytics screen shows you your top habits, when I'd rather see the ones I need to work on - The Mac app doesn't offer anything more than the iOS app at this stage, but it's useful to be able to have it open on machine Overall a really great app. Hoping to see more stats and graphs progress tab in a future update.

@benwwd Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! We actually are working on more analytics for all habits, not just the top habits :) About the Mac app, yes at this stage is mostly similar to the iOS version. But we've had a solid plan to add more unique features to it in the upcoming months! Please stay tuned ^^

I'd love to have and buy this but it's missing the vital element of automation that exists within the Stride app I currently use. Being able to form habits based around activity, heart rate, meditation minutes logged to Apple Health is important, can we expect this to be available anytime soon?
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@codymclain Hi Cody. We've been thinking about this as well. Since bringing them all into one product may be an overkill for many beginners as well as the existing users, we've decided to pilot another app with the same functions you mentioned (especially the automation, which is its USP). It's called Nirow. Why don't you give it a shot and tell us how you think? It has quite a similar UI/UX as Habitify so I don't think getting along with it will take much time.
o1xhack
Do not understand why you habitify cut HealthKit Import from iOS. Could be more smarter.
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@o1xhack After some times building the app, we decided that Habitify should be used to form habits mostly, so anything relating to Health may not align well with the purpose of the app. Still, if you'd like to have Health integration, you can check our app Nirow!
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@o1xhack Great! Tell me if you need any help!

@tuanmon1604 I love it, so much! Will consider Premium if some questio can be fixed! I see a delay of Rescuetime that even at the end of day, I still cannot see the data! Right now all sync from HealthKit or other place are automatically, but I can see delays too. Don't know how often it fetch? May be try to fetch each time user open the APP?( right now quit totally and open will definitely fetch health, but still not RescueTime)
Alex!
Love the app, and awesome visual design as well. One feedback: since your entire model is centered around users habituating to using your app to build habits, it seems logical that you should tie your payment model into this as well. Let users use the app for free, and once they're using it to build habits, that's when you charge them--since at that point, you've proven your value (or framed differently... a user has built their dependency :D)
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@imaznation I agree with you completely! Actually we applied that model in our iOS version. But when we bring it to macOS, our initial thought was that it would be a compliment to iOS users. Worth considering!
Nguyễn Hạ Quỳnh
@imaznation Hello Alex, long time no see. We've just landed on Android as well, would you mind joining with us in the new party? Check this link and tell us what you think: https://www.producthunt.com/post...

Discount doesn't seem to work. Could you please update the same.
obyor
22 € for the Mac App and no demo version? A pity.
Tiep Vu
@obyor Hi, if you want to try Habitify, I would recommend you download our iOS version, it's free(with IAP) on App Store. The experience on macOS is quite the same as on the phone.
obyor
@tiepvuvan Thank you for your reply. I“m already using Habitify Premium on my iOS devices because it‘s the best habit tracker for my needs. But it‘s translation (german) is bad, it has usability problems and a very poor apple watch experience. That‘s why I don‘t recommend it to others and that‘s why I‘m not head over heels for the Mac version.
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@obyor Thank you for your feedback! I agree that aside from English, we cannot 100% quality control other translation. Let us follow up with you through email so that we can fix that critical problem asap :)

Hi Product Hunters, I'm Peter Vu, founder of Habitify. I and my team first launched Habitify 1.0 nearly 2 years ago. Our plan was to successfully deliver the message "Better you, better world" by helping users to build their good habits with minimum of their effort. Today, we are launching Habitify 4.0 with huge excitement. Habitify now has the ability to sync the data among all the devices in Apple eco-system (on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch). Habitify, with the same impression from the very beginning: simple, clean and intuitive, is now equipped with new important features: - Add notes for habits: remember every events in the habit days. - Dark mode: use Habitify in your own way. - X-callback feature: integrate with other automated workflow apps. We're always striving to give users the best experience with Habitify. Feel free to reach out to us to give your feedback our make suggestions. And thank you Product Hunt team for such a great community, we would never be here without you guys.

Have been a long-time user as well as a Beta user and I have tried numerous such apps however what keeps me using Habitify are few things as follows: 1.Excellent Sound Design The tactile feedback coupled with audible feedback is the most amazing thing ever. 2. It's satisfyingly good to tick off the habits. Three habits are max for the free version. 3. Analytics Keeps me motivated but could definitely be improved. 4. Dark Mode The UI makes me drool on my iPhone. 5. Good Support team.
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@anmol_sarita_bahl Thank you Anmol! Could you tell us how the Analytics can be improved?
Nguyễn Hạ Quỳnh
@anmol_sarita_bahl Hi there Anmol, those great features and all the others have now been available in Habitify Android, hope you will come and join with us here: https://www.producthunt.com/post...

Do iOS Habitify Premium users have to purchase again for the Mac app? Or is there a different method to download for free?
Gaina Roman
I would be great to have the exact same app but as a task manager that syncs with mac's reminders.
Nate Davis
Nice, now that this is on mac as well I will definitely be downloading it!
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@nate_davis Yes, finally right?

Habifity follows a simple concept, but it is super effective. I‘ve been using it on my iPhone for quite some time and it helped me with some habits! It doesn‘t just remind me but also motivate me, especially with the statistics and streaks.

Pros:

- Beautiful experience

- Very effective

- Great functionalities

Cons:

- No cons for me
