Habits promotes good habits by calculating their impact on yourself (on your health, your finances, ...) and on the environment (water consumption, CO2, ...). It's also possible to see the number of users and the cumulative impact of the community!

Hi Product Hunters ! 👋 I'm Tritize, and today I'm excited to present my very first app: 🌱 Habits to you all! Habits started with this simple idea: maybe you want to stop some bad habits, like smoking, but you are not motivated enough by classic apps? Getting a virtual medal might not feel rewarding enough to stay motivated? Habits aims to give meaning to the actions that you are taking! 💪 The key features are: • Choose a habit you are trying to modify (2 available for now, "Reduce smoking" and "Reduce red meat"). • Set up a goal for each habit that you can modify at any time. • Count the number of days when you reach your goal. • Keep track of days when you couldn't. • Obtain badges from holding to your new habits (because medals are still pretty cool). • Track the impact of your new habit on yourself, as well as the impact on the environment. • View the number of users for each habit, and the impact on the environment you have together. • Access detailed information on each habit, showing how the impact is calculated and the sources used. So you can be sure of the signification of displayed numbers! This app' target habits that have a measurable impact on you and on the environment as well. So either you are trying to modify your habit, or you just want to measure the impact of the daily actions you are already taking, Habits does this! 🍃 To start a new habit, choose one from the list, indicate your current consumption and the one you are now aiming for. You will be able to change this goal at any time! The app' now automatically starts counting your impact. For each of your habits you can access a calendar to see all the days you've been following your new habit, and you can click on green days to turn them red if you want to indicate days where you were not able to hold your goal, and vice versa. Besides your profile page, you have access to a "world" page to see the impact of this new community you are now a part of! 🌎 This is my very first app' as a solo self-learning programmer, so I'm very happy to finally launch my first project. I will be forever grateful if you try the app and give it a rating. Feel free to give any feedback or suggestion you might have! 🧡

@olga_neudakh Thanks you very much it's very kind of you! Well I wanted to learn how to create an app' without much of an idea. I started by doing a "stop smoking" app to exercise and by doing so I though that all those app lack of a meaning. And I wanted to do something regarding the theme of ecology ^^" so I though like "hey a lot of people I know are motivated by ecology, let's try to use it as a motivation to modify your habits as you want. I added a second habit with the red meat and I'm thinking to add others, but it's hard as I need to find habits which impact is quantifiable on people and environment :)
