What I would like to see is a way to submit a handwriting sample, so your platform could create a unique writing style that looks the way I write. Then when you create a handwritten note, it looks like I wrote it.
David Wachs
@rmagrino We do this! It's a very involved process as you have to submit 6 or more samples of each upper and lowercase character, plus ligature combinations like "ll", "oo", "tt", and emotjis. Our designers then create the style for you and it's available only in your account. We do this with about 100 people currently. The cost is $750 as it is so much work, but once we do it, it's yours to use with us for no additional fee.

@rmagrino @davidbwachs Oh snap!! That's honestly next level, and if this is something that you value, it's well worth the $750 price tag. Brilliant stuff David!

This is the coolest website I've seen in my life. The animations actually illustrate what the company does and they are SO cute. Got such a nice a cozy feeling while browsing (+some chuckles!)
David Wachs
@anna_0x I’m so glad you like it. The animations still amaze me. Especially the little arm that grabs the cards off the conveyor on the “business” tab. We owe it to Griflan for the design. They are INCREDIBLE.

Amazing.... Great work @David. I am unable to find the postal service, Is it there? For which locations it is available? Also the charges + Do you also provide a PhotoFrame service ? So that I can send it to my teammates on the achievements or so and can be put on the wall. Also couldnt find Slack Integration.
David Wachs
@gaurav_1405 postal service in the us is 55 cents. $1.20 international. We aren’t doing any photo frame service. Slack integration is via Zapier right now

I used Handwrytten years ago to connect to new Slack signups in a community via Zapier, so I could send personalized welcome postcards. Love this group -- those robots are incredible.
David Wachs
@cygnusseo Thanks Joe! We love having you as a client! Wryte on!

Hi Hunters! This is actually not the first time Handwrytten has been posted to ProductHunt. But the first time was 5 years ago, and you can’t even find us on the site anymore! I figured it would be worth getting reacquainted with everyone, so here we are again. So much has changed in five years. Here’s a rundown on all the great new features. Card Customizing: We now allow you to easily create a card from our “card customizer” within the web site. Add you company logo to one side, and maybe a picture to the other. We’ll save it as your own personal stationery. Once you create it, you can use that card anywhere: from Zapier, Hubspot, the apps and more. Signature Placement: Now it’s easy to left-align your signature in messages in the web site. We will be rolling this out more broadly to the apps and zaps, too. Yes, I did say signatures. You can work with us to digitize your handwriting or signature, and it’s available for you within the apps. There is a one-time fee as this is a manual creature process, but once it’s made it’s free to use over and over. Gift Cards: Quite frankly, I’m not sure if this live yet or not. From within our platform, you can insert gift cards to major brands. Amazon, Home Depot, Starbucks, Target and generic VISA to name a few. Custom Inserts: Additionally, you can send us custom inserts just for your orders. We have hundreds of clients that use us for business card insertion. We only charge 20 cents each. Some clients are now having us fulfill larger items (books, mostly). There is an extra charge for this, but we’re happy to quote it out for you. Hubspot CRM: We are now live in the Hubspot Marketplace! Directly within the Hubspot platform you can now trigger Handwrytten. All activity is recorded on the Hubspot “Timeline”. Improved Salesforce Integration: Our integration for Salesforce (available from the AppExchange) now supports custom merge fields. We can also use custom Salesforce objects as address objects. Finally, notes can be automated in Process Builder. These were three most requested features and we delivered! Zapier: You can include gift cards and inserts in your custom zaps! We will be rolling out web hooks shortly that allow your zaps to get notified when your orders mail. New Apps for iOS and Android: Our apps have been totally overhauled to keep up with the times. In addition to the new features: We now build our own robots. 95 robots and counting. We don’t use 3D printers as robots, which lead to “squiggly” writing, and limited scale due to lack of paper feeds. Our robots use our own writing engine, which leads to the most realistic handwriting possible. We now have best of class paper feeding systems and custom firmware that Slacks us when they’re out of paper or ink. This keeps our throughput up. I hope you guys like what we’ve built. It’s been a labor of love. Let me know what you think! Wryte on and stay safe out there! David

We designed this service because handwritten notes really stand out. In this day and age when everything is digital, sending handwritten notes get a 3X open rate. Customers love the personal connection. If you visit the "resources" tab of our web site, we have several blog posts talking about the benefits of handwritten outreach.

Oh. My. Soul...These guys are next level. We tried some budget custom cards from another site, but they were low quality, crummy-laser-printed, mass-produced-lookin' cards, with the company's name plastered all over the card. Then we found Handwrytten. Now we've got customized, high-quality cards with custom enclosures, custom signatures, so I can drop a birthday card with our own custom $25 Whole Foods gift cards at the drop of a hat. It also integrates with Zapier which takes this to a whole different planet. I can setup a customer task in our CRM which kicks off a custom card to the customer without ever leaving my CRM. I used to spend hours each month handwriting birthday postcards to mail out, but now I spend about 15 minutes a month scheduling the cards for the month ahead. Need to send a thank you card? I used to get my phone to make a reminder to send it, now I use the Handwrytten app to send it right from my phone. It is an investment, but it's so worth it. @davidbwachs helped me get up and running and they take great care of their customers. Can't recommend this enough.
David Wachs
@anthonymking thanks so much! You’re an amazing client and we really appreciate your support and assistance!
Xpected.style
Quite a few reasons why I like this so much. Handwriting is so important to me right now because they don't teach it as much.
David Wachs
@xpecteds They don't indeed!
Tudor Baidoc
Any plans for EU?
David Wachs
@baidoct yes. Hopefully in the next 1-2 years
Angie
Perfect for when you need to send bulk thank you notes after large events!
David Wachs
@angie_liti that’s right! Or for reaching out if the event gets cancelled!

Great. Robotic 'handwritten' notes for that authentic connection with other people.
