Justin offers some very practical advice for creating contracts (use a model contract if you can, language people can actually read and understand, etc.). I really hope we start seeing a transition away from all of the "heretofore" and other archaic jargon.
A decent amount of discussion is spent on intellectual property too. I still can't say I could explain the difference between patents, trademarks, and copyrights, but the examples in this episode are helping me get there. Also, I'm glad game mechanics like deck building and the Legacy system weren't patented!
