Hey Product Hunters! 👋 Super excited to launch our new Intercom Messenger integration today. Built on top of Intercom's awesome new app platform, you can now let your customers interact with HelpDocs content inside your app with just a few clicks. 🎉 Right now you can: • Show a widget inside the Intercom Messenger to let customers search your HelpDocs knowledge base. Clicking an article in the results will... • ...show a short version you wrote of that article with exactly the info customers need (saving them having to read a whole help article)... • ...unless they want to, in which case the article will also appear right in the messenger... • ...in any language you can write. You'll need both a HelpDocs *and* an Intercom account to check this out, but I promise it's worth it. We have big plans going forwards to make this even more helpful for our customers.
