Hey fellow Product Hunters, I'm the founder & CEO of a digital products company called SaaS Labs where we built B2B products based on theme 'Remote, Cloud and Automation'. We have a couple of successful products in the market. As our team started to grow, we felt the need of having a shared inbox for our different teams like support, sales ops, finance, HR and so on. We tried everything in the market but were not satisfied with what we found in the market - those products were either too expensive or too confusing. So, we built something in-house to handle our team emails. And, our team LOVED it. Our managers helped us build analytics so it made this product even more useful. Here is a quick 2 min demo:

I was expecting this question so thanks for asking :) To answer this question, I will first address how/why we built Helpwise in the first place? ============== Background Story ============== We built Helpwise - more out of our own requirement, rather than "wow! this is a great idea, we should build this" startup. We have been trying out different shared inboxes for our teams for almost 16-18 months. During this period, the common feedback that we received from our agents & managers - 1) These are very complex products, we need a simple solution. Something like Gmail. 2) These products start to become very expensive quickly as team size starts to grow 3) Gmail based extensions/shared inbox tools are equally complex (or require a similar level of learning curve) because they still have to build a standalone app for apps as in mobile they can't play on top of Gmail App. Also, these tools lead to a lot of confusion as it mixes direct email with shared inbox functionality. So, when we built a shared inbox for our own team and started using it internally, we started to hear good things about it. Our own agents & managers started suggesting us to launch this as a product itself because they found it better than other shared inbox tools that they used in the past. =========================== Current Differentiators & Future Plan =========================== And, that's how we decided to put in more resources to launch it as a solid shared inbox option in the market that serves the following purposes (read our differentiators) : 1) Easy to use (super lean feature-wise) 2) Affordable. We being big fans of Basecamp as a collaboration tool also played some role in bringing in Affordability as a differentiator/value prop in the picture. Other products in the market are obviously more mature & feature loaded than us. So, for now, above mentioned two points are our main differentiators (along with our ability to take feedback & ship fixes/new features quickly). But, we are also going to use our expertise in VoIP, SMS Bots & Scheduling (through our current portfolio of products), to quickly build more clear product/feature/positioning differentiators in near future. For now, the focus is on getting 100 businesses just like ours to start using Helpwise & help us improve the product 🀞🏽

@roman_onischuk Thanks Roman for the kind words. As we have just launched Helpwise & were using it for our teams, so there is a number of features in the pipeline. But, we will be building those quickly in days to come. 1. For our integrations, we will start with Zapier and then upon user request, we will build native integrations at a rapid pace. If you can share your thoughts on how you want us to integrate with email marketing services, I can assure you that we will put that up on top of our feature launch list for this month. 2. We have tried a number of services. We are liking Sendgrid's Email validation service so far.
