This was my first cross platform project (Android + iOS from one piece of code) using React Native.

Thanks for the free plan for small team. We have taken a hit on revenue because of covid. But we don't want to take any chances on the customer front. I am also expecting more flexibility and productivity in my team with the andriod app update.
Are automation rules applicable around subject lines? I haven't tried that.

Wow! I have used !HelpWise web version..and loved it. Now, I will use the Android Version too.

I have been looking for a solution like this. We get a lot of messages from our clients on WhatsApp and I think this would be a great fit for our remote team to bring everything under one tool. My manager will soon get in touch with you. Great product team!

Interesting! I was looking for a product like this for increasing the productivity of my team as we have gone remote. This looks promising, will be able to prioritize mails and most importantly, saving skipping of mails.

It is not possible at the moment, but we are bringing @mentions and assignments in our next update.
I am a Helpwise user myself and I totally agree that this should be there.

Great! I have been looking for a Shared Inbox with unified presence. Helpwise made it simple to manage my team on the web interface when I am on my desk. I believe the Android app will make it even better when it comes to managing and reaching towards Inbox zero.

I was using Helpscout earlier. Looking for an alternative for some time now. Helpwise seems quite promising. I saw there's a mobile app for iPhone as well. Definitely planning to give it a shot now. It seems crucial since all my team has gone remote.

This is a great idea! It was easy communicating with team members when we were all at the office. Now, we all are working from home because of the COVID-19 and we have to continuously switch to different app for chatting with our team members.
This will really sort all the mess and increase our productivity.
