Hello fellow Product Hunters, We launched our first version Helpwise in Dec 2019. Since then, we have got great response from Product Hunt community. And, helped us onboard over 500+ teams. On the basis of their feedback and suggestions, we built our iOS (both iPhone and iPad) and today, we are happy to announce that the app is now available. Helpwise is an easy to use shared inbox for team email accounts like help@, jobs@ etc. As business grows, sharing email accounts among colleagues is not scalable, creates chaos, lack of transparency & security loopholes. This is where shared inbox comes in! We started with Team Inbox for Email only. But, we have now added SMS and WhatsApp as well. So, you can manage your customer queries received via email, sms and whatsapp as a team.
