I've been using Hera for the past few months and it's been lifechanging for me! That's the first time in more than 10 years that I'm not using Google Calendar in a tab anymore. Great features to schedule meetings, super cool UX, and the ability to take notes right in Hera is SO cool.

Hello Product Hunt and thanks @5harath for the hunt 🙏! I’m beyond happy to finally show what we’ve been building the past 6 months to the community. Starting from scratch 6 months ago For those of you who were here in 2021, we had built a product to streamline note-taking and preparation in meetings. In September 2021, after YCombinator, we pivoted to a product more aligned with our initial vision: Building the calendar app that remote workers, and future of work, deserve. Fortunately, we were able to keep our outstanding community of beta-testers and we have built, from scratch, with them, the first version of Hera Calendar 👇 Organize, plan and protect your time — without leaving your calendar Hera Calendar is a MacOS Desktop app that you can use with any GSuite account. Within a clean and modern calendar app, we have embedded all the features you need to stay in control of your time: - Define some frequent activities (Sport / Focus Time / Inbox Zero ...) and drag and drop them in one click to plan & protect your day. Hera uses your activities to protect your time, for instance by suggesting better slots to people trying to schedule something with you at an inconvenient time. - Share your availabilities across timezones with a human-friendly message and a link to confirm - Schedule events faster than ever using plain english - One-click join the next meeting or tell attendees you’ll be 2 min late. If your weekly view feels overwhelming, just hold ⌥ to unclutter your calendar. I swear, it feels good. Built for remote workers and distributed teams We see a great fit with people that: - Need to mix personal and work stuff during the day - Need to coordinate across timezones - Need to partially open their calendar for other people to book meetings You don’t need anyone else to try Hera, but it gets even better when the rest of your team is on it as well. Over the next few months, we are adding more collaboration, like a space to tag a teammate underneath each calendar event, or instant scheduling between teammates. Free plan, forever Hera is entirely free for now, as we optimize for feedback in our Slack workspace. We will always have a generous free plan for individuals, and we will introduce a paid team mode later this year. If you are interested in doing a free pilot with us for the upcoming team mode, let us know! Jump today to shape the future of calendar management If you sign up, you’ll be invited to our biggest secret: a Slack Workspace where all our users are, send feedback, report bugs, shape features with us. Everyone signing up today will access the product within the week. @louise_bayssat and I will be here all day, feel free to shoot your questions!

I got to know Louise and Bruno from Hera's first launch eight months ago. Since then I absolutely love their hustle the way they pivoted and iterated the product in public while focusing on building a community. Today, I'm thrilled to introduce Hera Calendar to the Product Hunt community. Simply put, Hera Calendar is built fundamentally for people who work remotely. One feature I love the most is Hera removes the friction to figure timezones and shares our availability seamlessly. To me, that is a deal-breaker! If you work remotely or not, give Hera a try and let the founders know if you have any feedback!
Erman Taylan
It looks like a useful product for distributed teams, congrats on your launch and wish you all the best.
Bruno Vegreville
@etaylan Thanks for the kind words!
