Congratulations on the launch!
Job seekers now have a chance to search for IT professionals!
Do let me know if any people from Asia can apply to work remotely in the US?
@fajarsiddiq Thank you so much for warm words!
Yes, we have a "remote" option on the platform, so if there are no legal boundaries, everyone is free to apply.
@agrishina Alina, thanks, that's good to hear. Actually, at the moment we are concentrating only on the US market to bring the most value for our users. If the idea works we will definitely discover new markets in 2022 though.
Hi Product Hunters!
Welcome to Hireterra β a new discreet and diverse job search platform for IT professionals in the USA.
When we started to work on Hireterra, we understood that there are 2 sides of the job search process for IT specialists in the US:
a) A passive job seeker gets tons of irrelevant job offers on LinkedIn/other platforms.
b) A candidate sends his resume everywhere, although the response rate is critically low.
Therefore we decided to develop a web tool, which will allow all seekers to set up their desired salary, expectations, and achievements and with no bias or risks concentrate on getting offers from recruiters.
We offer:
π Full discreteness of personal data. Chat with recruiters, get offers, screen vacancies, and stay anonymous within the process;
π Only relevant job offers. No more spam;
π Opportunity to check your real value on the market. Keep working for your current employer, and receive new hot job offers with your desired salary;
π Lifetime 100% free access for job seekers.
Hireterra aims to remove bias in recruitment by promoting diversity, security, and safety of all candidates and creating more equal opportunities for all registered users.
We invite you to join Hireterra and hopefully find a new, better-paying job! π
Please check it out and share your thoughts and feedback with us.

@someper03888774 Thanks for commenting! Actually the idea of anonymous job search is not unique, there are many other services, which offer same opportunities. If you visit our website, you can see, that we have created a completely different service, which is made for the US market π
@daryna_radiichuk Are you sure that we are speaking about same product ? Your forms below the video looks pretty similar. Why then your project is made for US market and djinni not ? What differences do you have to be more US oriented ?
@someper03888774 Djinni provides primarily for job-hopping by developers in Ukraine, Hireterra's anonymization of the name serves the purpose of removing racial, ethnic, and gender bias for a diverse workforce in the US from the recruiting process, while at the same time verifying the profiles for accuracy.
I invite you to visit our platform to see, that functionality, the onboarding process, and the monetisation system at Hireterra differs from Djinni. We conducted over 30 deep interviews with IT professionals from the US to make our platform a good market fit. The job search process in the US completely differs from the Ukrainian one, starting from the salary types and up to interviewing process.
