Love this. Writing a JD is such a blocker on getting started on a hire, and are often a pretty poor reflection of the company and role (just copy and paste some other job description and change a few words 🤢). Perfect job for a finely-tuned AI to take to the next level 🚀

This is great! I tried it out on our open product engineer position, it had some great ideas. And I like that you can ask it to change the tone, or edit specific parts of the JD - feels like talking to a proper coworker!
