@bentossell Thanks Ben π
Unfortunately way too many of us experience burnout, I feel its often the standard path set out for entrepreneurs. We have to overwork ourselves to keep up with the status quo. It shouldn't be this way.
Hopefully a few of the tips shared in this episode will help get people thinking about how best to achieve their goals whilst avoiding burnout. It's got me thinking at least.
Hey all π
In this weeks episode we talk about burnout. Mike shares his experiences with it, and we have a couple of special guests on the show too.
As always we'd love to hear your thoughts, just Hit Reply and let us know π»
Thanks all π
@michaelbabich Yes! You're right Michael. We wanted to hold off until we had a few episodes under our belt before submitting, as is often the considered advice.
Now this is highest priority, and we'll be submitting this tonight.

Appreciate the heads up dude π
Great podcast @fredrivett@mikeaag. I used to have a morning routine, but have since failed at it. Thanks to Martin's advice, I think I'll start that up again.
My schedule is pretty hectic right now, but thanks to a few of your podcasts, I'm seeing a pattern between productive success and just churn.
I currently shut down on the weekends. I don't really do any real work except loading content into BotList and writing, but in order to be 100% productive during the week, it seems like I need to make some serious changes in my daily routine.
@sethlouey@mikeaag Thanks Seth! Yeah morning routines are hard to stick with, especially when life gets in the way. I just got back from Berlin and that's messed up my routine a bit, I need to get back on it.
Excited for what you've got going on, think its a big year for you. Look forward to seeing how it goes.
