Hey Emir, that's a great product and it's a key need for b2b companies, that is collecting users' data across the journeys and building powerful analytics over them, to be used for improvements, evolution, changes, etc.
I think that it's critical to support as many integration as possible (I've seen sfdc, but others even custom api/microservices would be great).
